However, our staff has more than 20 years experience in the total management of International and national Congresses and Conferences in Denmark and abroad. This has been in the fields of medicine and science, for national and international organisations as well as for ministries and boards.
 
This gives us the necessary know how to analyse your Conference and make a detailed sketch for the management of the Conference.
 
We have time for our clients. It may sound a natural thing,. However, when we speak with new clients about their former Conferences, the most often mentioned frustration is the lack of time from the Conference Organiser, resulting in misunderstandings and uncertainty.
 
Through our memberships of International Organisations for Professional Conference Management we are in a continual development for making the Conferences more effective for the benefit of our clients.
 
As counsellors we make the same demands on our contractors as we make to ourselves in order to provide our clients with the state of the arts.
 
Our assistance in a Conference is honoured in accordance with our participation. Normally as a variable fee per participant for the participant registration and a flat fee for our advising and management of the Conference. All fees will appear from the Conference budget.
