TRAVEL FROM SCHIPHOL AIRPORT TO UTRECHT
The best way to travel from Schiphol Airport to Utrecht is by train. There is a direct train connection between the airport and Utrecht Central Station, and it only takes 30 – 45 minutes. The trains run regularly. There is access to the train station from the arrival hall in the airport.
Train tickets can be purchased from the ticket office or vending machines which also accept credit cards, at the station. Please be advised that in the Netherlands, return tickets are valid for one day only. The price of a one-way ticket is approx. 7.20 euro second class, and approx. 11.70 euro first class.

Registration fees
In order to participate in the Conference, attendees are kindly requested to use the Online Registration Form via the website of the Conference.
Here you will also find a paper version of the Registration Form for download if you wish to register via normal mail. The Form must be sent to the Conference Secretariat. Please make sure you register no later than March 01, 2008, if you wish to take advantage of the low fee.

The registration fee for ISPA-members and non-members covers:

Conference Confirmation
When the amount is settled, registrants will receive a Conference Registration Card via e-mail, which serves as a receipt, and no further documents in this respect will be issued.
Accommodation
The local organization committee has booked 300 single rooms at the campus of the University College Utrecht (www.ucu.uu.nl) for a special price of 220 euro for a 5-days arrangement and 245 euro for a 6 days-arrangement, breakfast included.
Hotel rooms will be booked for the official Conference period in the hotels indicated on the Registration Form, which also serves as a Housing Form. The Conference has pre-reserved a number of rooms at a special Conference price at the official hotels for the Conference. The participants can take advantage of the pre-reservation by filling in the Hotel part of the Registration Form. The hotel deposit must be paid at the same time as the registration for the Conference.

Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis. Please note that the number of pre-booked rooms is limited. It is therefore advisable to book as early as possible.
All official hotels accept the major credit cards. Possible alterations to your original hotel reservation should be addressed to Conference and Meeting Services (CMS) and not to the hotel.
Refund policy
Cancellations are made in writing to CMS Conference and Meeting Services at ISPAConference2008@CMSCongress.com. If cancellation of participation is received by 2 April 2008, the registration fee less a cancellation fee of EURO 40 for administrative expenses will be refunded. For cancellations made between April 2, and June 2, 50 % of the registration fees will be refunded. After June 2, registration fees are not refundable. Your hotel deposit will be returned, if we are able to resell your reservation. In case of no-show at the hotel, one night will be deducted your hotel deposit.
Letter of Invitation
The organizing committee will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It should be understood that such an invitation is intended only to assist potential participants in raising travel funds or obtaining a visa. If you are in need of a letter of invitation, please make your request as soon as possible, and address it to the Conference secretariat.
The Cal Catterall Fund
The Calvin D. Cattarall Fund is for those School Psychologists who are in need of financial assistance. ISPA has established a scholarship fund to help defray some of the costs of attending the Conference. Applications for the CC Fund will be available at www.ispaweb.org in the beginning of January.
