RENTING BIKES

Dear Participant,

As you may know, Holland is a flat country - so perfect to bicycle!

There are a lot of things to see, and a lot of places

to go where you don’t need to travel by bus or car.

During the conference, you have some spare time (in the evenings or on Thursday during the free afternoon).  Those times are perfect to take a bicycle and go sightseeing or just go to a nice café or shop.

The evenings in the summer are also very nice in the city where there are lots of terrace systems where you can take a drink, chat with each other, and just enjoy the evening.

The bicycle is the way to travel to different places in the center.

The bicycle is also very practical to travel between the conference site, the University College, and the center of Utrecht.  You can also use the public transportation, if you are not able to bicycle or choose not to.

The organizers of the ISPA Conference will arrange bicycle rentals for your stay in Holland.  The bicycles will be delivered to the University College to make it more convenient for you.

The price of a bicycle is € 30, a week.  Every bicycle has a light on it, a seat that can be placed in every height, and a rack to put things on.

The organization needs to know how many bicycles they have to rent; so if you would like to rent a bicycle please fill in the registration form.
